Winter Lyrical Dance Class

Black Arts & Cultural Center presents our Winter Lyrical Dance Class -- a cross-sectional dance genre derived from Classical Ballet & Modern Dance.  Our mission is to provide an imaginative and emotional outlet through creative expression instilling self-esteem and self-actualization.  Classes are led by Professional Dance Instructor Angela Williams of AGW Conservatory of the Arts.  Students will learn classical dance movement, ballet terminology, musical timing and proper stage presentation.

For all youth, 6-18 years of age. Classes will be conducted in the dance studio at Woods Lake Elementary School (on Oakland Drive) every Monday, January 4 - February 22, 2010.
6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., age 6 - 12
7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., age 13 - 18
Cost is only $30 for the full eight week program.
