Rules & Regulations

We request your help in being good citizens as well as following the rules and regulations below. (Please read carefully)

 
1. All vendor fees are due by June 10, 2010.

2. Vendor fees may be paid by money order, cashier check or non-profit organization check. No cash or personal
     checks.

3. Refunds are given only when a cancellation is received in writing by July 2, 2010. A $25 processing fee will be
     deducted from refund.

4. All vendors are prohibited from selling water, beverages or any other liquid refreshments. Ice cream may be
     sold in cups and cones only. No smoothies, shakes, malts, or ice-cream drinks.

5. No display or sale of counterfeit or bootlegged  merchandise.

6. To encourage a variety of merchandise, a vendor may not reserve more than 2 spaces.

7. Vendors must supply their own tent, table and chairs. Tents must be anchored by sandbags or some other
     weighted items. Vendors are not allowed to drive stakes into the festival grounds.

8. Food vendors must comply with Health Department regulations.

9. Food vendors must not dispose of charcoal any where in the festival site.

10. Cooking grease must be appropriately contained for disposal at the festival site.

11. Vendors will be fined for any damage to park  property including damage caused by the dumping of grease or
      other substances.

12. No generators, animals, weapons, contraband, profanity or loud amplified sounds.

13. Vendors in need of electricity will need to bring at least a 25 feet extension cord.

14. All vendors must be finished setting up, with vehicles removed from the Festival site by 10:30am each day.
       Vendors must shutdown sales Friday and Saturday nights by 11pm and Sunday by 7pm.
       Vendors must be out of the park by 12:00 midnight
       on Friday and Saturday nights and by 9:00 pm on
       Sunday.
