The BACC has provided programs that have enriched the Kalamazoo community and encouraged many Black artists to pursue, enhance and display their artistic abilities. Memberships are an integral part of the overall support for the BACC. BACC members enjoy newsletters, reduced entry fees to BACC events and classes, and invitations to member only events.

The Creator Membership is designed for artists and creatives who are passionate about sharing their work and growing within a supportive artistic community. This membership helps creators connect with audiences, access opportunities, and build visibility through the Black Arts & Cultural Center. Members receive discounted entry to select events, one free vendor table at the Black Arts Festival, and priority listing in the BACC Artist Directory to help promote their work.
The Friends & Family Membership is perfect for individuals and families who want to stay connected to the arts while supporting the mission of the Black Arts & Cultural Center. This membership offers opportunities to enjoy cultural programming together and be part of BACC’s growing creative community. Members receive monthly digital newsletters, invitations to public events, and special presale access to BACC programs and events.
The Partner Membership is designed for community-driven organizations, small businesses, and nonprofits with an annual budget under $200,000 who want to collaborate with and support the Black Arts & Cultural Center. Members receive a free vendor table at the Black Arts Festival and one additional tabling opportunity at a BACC event, along with recognition in BACC promotional materials. Partner members also receive two complimentary event space rentals during non-workday hours and reduced rental
Ideal for individuals and businesses committed to making a lasting impact at the Black Arts & Cultural Center. This membership includes all Partner Membership benefits, plus early access to event registrations, complimentary VIP access to select events, and private gallery visits for new exhibits. Members also receive two complimentary uses of BACC space, one specialty meeting, reduced rental rates, and access to the co-working space.
